Like to check on views of bros here about treating female friends to meals. Say, if 2 people (a guy and a gal) met for a meal. Guy would usually pay first, right. Then gal keep quiet and like nothing happened. No mention about the cost of the meal, what-so-ever. Have any bros encounter this before?

 

My take is I don't mind treating, but being quiet about it and like nothing happened just gives me the feeling that I was taken for granted.

 

I have heard from female friend said before, when a guy ask her out, he is supposed to pay for everything because she wouldn't have need to spend money if the guy never ask her out. My first impression is "WTF".

 

 

i suggest you to go to those restaurents like Shodoku (raffles city basement) or marche... Each get their own card, scan and buy their own meal.... cannot run liao... unless the girl thick skin enough to ask u pay for her card.

Good suggestion. Tis will solve all TS's blues. He can go marche for every date or any girl till he confirms her as gf. But even if TS confirms her, tink he will come out wif a thread,"Bf treating Gf".

 

Hey, hate ur signature n avatar...remind me of my chemistry lessons in sec sch n poly time. OMG...memorising all chemical reactions is a pain. Now I oso taught my 5yr old boy simple chemical reactions...H2 + 02 = H2O. Amazing...he memorised it n reproduced in school cos his teacher told me.
