Creaking sound when turning

Today, when I make turns with my ford focus, around 30km/h, there is a creaking sound that seems to be coming from the bottom front part of the car. When turning the car during parking, there does not seem to be any sound.

 

What do you think is the problem ? Should I be worried ?

not sure if that is similar to what I had.

 

on tight turns, i hear 'tak tak tak' sound. machanic found that the bolt that hold the body to the base need to tighten.

after that, no more sound.

Can be a few things wrong, ball joint, drive shaft too, else the mechanic would not have change my.

Is urs those telescopic steering wheel, is yes, try adjust that?
