easier is... if you are the buyer or top management .. meet supplier around lunch time and go for lunch .. supplier sure paid for lunch ... don't ask me how i know

ironically during these troubled times i feel hungry more often and eat more..

 

i try to cut down on other expenses like drinking though.

 

 

eating more is sometimes a sign of stress.... you eat more to relief your stress unconsciously

best is bring from home.... u can save alot and alot healthier!!

 

outside food has lots of salt, MSG and low quality oil.... no good in long term

 

but, saving on food ain't gonna to save $$..... its not a big item.

 

want to really save? dun own a car. this is BIG saving!!! one month, u can easily save $1000-$1200 from not owning a car.
