I would get a good brand, and make sure it is user-friendly. Commonly used functions like address search should not be buried under layers and layers of menus. Regardless of whatever warnings, there will be times you would be poking away at your GPS while driving. So it better be very easy to use. Voice prompts are common nowadays.
