f1as will wear out very fast with its low 220 threadwear, same for re001

take overseas tyre tests with a pinch of salt

their road conditions are totally diff from the CRAP we have here, eg KPE

just find the cheapest in ur size among f1as/csc3 for the more expensive ones, or re001/v12 for the cheaper a little ones and lay ur grubby paws on them

no regrets on csc3, very good grip, 33k still 50% left, grip and noise as good as new

If u're not brand conscious, try advan sports. On my 3rd set now, good for both dry/wet and also pocket.

so u r saying that f1as is the cheapest among re001 n v12??

i have also used my csc3 for 30k++ but only for two of them...

the other 2 i had them changed a few months ago coz one had a ruptured sidewall.... heart pain... [smallcry]

wuld definitely wan to go on using the csc3 but the price to change them makes me [bigcry] ....

v12 < re001 < f1as < csc3 for pricing

since just change 2 few month ago, change other 2

Price-wise for 225/45/17, v12 is $18?, f1 is 210, Re001 is about 200-220? CSC3 is 280-300?

I stand corrected though...

Any kind soul roughly know the price difference for 17" between V12 and S1evo ? Thanks.

I think it's 18X for v12 and 21x for S1evo

Based on this pricing, my choice will be RE001. [flowerface]

have not really used CSC3 but during my search, I have hear of user's comments that S1 evo can match CSC2/3...and the price is pretty attractive.. but then, the problem with hankook is that as it hit 30k and above, it tend to be noisy..

You might want to check out F1 AS.. given the price and review from local users at the track, it seems to be worth looking.

I'm on it but too early to give my comments..

Thanks. Tough choice between S1evo and F1as now. sigh.

erm.. I took F1 AS as i have been on V8 before..

I find V8 noisy after 30+ k.. so S1 Evo shd be worse..

Not so such abt F1 but worth trying,..
