Hi any getz owner did servicing in JB before?

and how to check which oil is suitable?

Any workshop, even tayar workshps can do simple oil change and servicings.

You can use any engine oil. Try something synthetic with xw30.

Not sure. Probably some kind of plastic.

 

Get a mech to open up the steering wheel and check which part should be cancelling the turn signal. That is the part that is not working.

Hello, i jus bought a 1.1M getz 2006..my signal light doesnt self-cancel after the turn...any getz driver experienced this?

i sent my car to a workshop in Sin Ming. He says he checked the steering and all that but found no issues..

 

he says LL, most prob is the way it is ( i kinda doubt it ). So now have to cancel the signal myself..

My Getz also dun self cancel, I thot cos I used too much.

 

Some people never have this problem.

 

Anyway in the 80s the expensive Conti car Citroens were designed with

non self cancelling indicators.

 

So now we have expensive Conti car features on our Getz.

I'm driving a 1.6A Getz - Everything is fine except the interior rattling sound during braking.

 

I wonder what is the problem to this? Does all getz get this? Any bros can advice?

recently my getz have a problem too

its been producing screeching sound from the rear suspension i guess

anyone knows if its time to change it?

2003 manual says is 6.7 liters.. im not sure if this is correct cos my mech did a drain n he top up less than 6.7 for mine.

my getz 1.6M 3 dr, juz went did my servicing at Sung Beng Auto at Circuit Link there.

They charge me $68 for normal servicing with 21 checkpoint and the checking completes without the spark plug changed. I wonder is this cheap or ex.

Cos' they were saying the spark plug for per set will be going off at $30-40, which I personally feel this is kinda ex. and i decided not to change.

i only realised when i've decided to pay them for my getz servicing.

 

just wondering wad's the rough amount for changing the spark plug, brake pad, spray 14" rim, tyres and also computerized alignment?
