Dun think the 149 will use the Bravo's platform as the Bravo has a torsion beam suspension. while the 147 has a fully independent set-up at the rear. Alfa won't want to compromise on the handling aspect of the 147's replacement.

147 shares the same platform as 156, and it is speculated that 149 to share the same

many parts with 159, and maybe platform too.

earlier, Fiat talked with BMW to share 149 platform with BMW 1-series.

the days of independent decision making is all over mate.Nowadays it is 1 platform for multiple usage .

current MiTo platform is from Grande Punto .

149 platform is from bravo.

i went but shy away from touching the 8C (it's beyond my reach).

i was attracted to Mito, surprisingly attractive (so much different from the photos

i have seen)....

Mito at $73k, quite a steal. It's small, but it's an alfa!

considering to break my beloved piggy bank. (itching...)
