Djanggo Neutral Newbie May 14, 2009 Share May 14, 2009 Bought a new car in 2006 and insurance with AIG, change insurance to Liberty in 2007 and renew with Liberty in 2008. In 2009 change car and insurance with AIG and I declare NCD 20%. Today receive letter from AIG saying I wrongly declare my 20% NCD and they already verified with my previous insurer which they state was AIG ( which is wrong cos i change insurer to Liberty). They ask to top up of $100+. Already call Liberty and they confirm my NCD 20%. Unable to get AIG cos they already close for the day. Any bros can advice or comment? ↡ Advertisement

Silver_blade Turbocharged May 14, 2009 Share May 14, 2009 I did a NCD transfer whenever I buy a new car. I have to sign a form to declare my NCD and i will get my previous to transfer the NCD, in the form of letter stating my NCD %, to the new insurer. ↡ Advertisement
