Artz Neutral Newbie July 6, 2009 Share July 6, 2009 u mean leather wrap? cover the whole steering right? I did mine @ tomo leather. Steering + gear about $100+ but it was group buy. Think go alone will be close to $200+ Workmanship is excellent. coz there are places that sell just the cover. IMO quite funny looking.

Ender Hypersonic August 6, 2009 Share August 6, 2009 I'm one funny guy. My car comes with leather wrap, but i still buy a cheapo cover to put over it. Coz I got sweaty palms, worried the sweat will 'eat' into the leather to damage it or have smell, like some of my watch's leather strap. BTW anyone know how to remove the sourish smell of dried sweat from the watch leather strap?

BTW anyone know how to remove the sourish smell of dried sweat from the watch leather strap? if you have sweaty palms, like me, the more you should used leather steering wheel as it gives you a better grip (the leather absorb the sweat), the sweat will not damage the leather instead it will some what nourish the leather, smell wise not a problem, just park at open carpark (under the sun) for 30mins and it will go away liao. Schneider79 Clutched August 6, 2009 Share August 6, 2009 Do you mean by original steering wheel ? If not, you can get from a lot of aftermarket parts shop like Miki marketing, ST Powered, HKS Garage R, McWell and so on... If original, you can try waterloo street... Tanshida1201 Neutral Newbie September 3, 2009 Share September 3, 2009 What is walnut wrapping? For my case, I only sew round the steering wheel once.. No fancy stitchwork.. But it has lasted me for 1yr+ liao.. Still going strong.. ↡ Advertisement
