Overnight parking summon how much?

My waiver for URA got thru. But that was after calling and scolding the person on the line 2x, and sending appeal letter 2x. I had a valid reason though, that's why I can scold the person. Haha.

The fine is parking outside parking lot because previously there is another car park beside me park out of the lot so I have no choice but park out. Lucky I take pictures after I park my car and confirm I had come after him cos he put coupon from 2pm-3pm and I park only at 3pm++ and the parking warden come at 330pm and summon him for expire coupon and parking out of lot.

i got a summon for parking at a zig-zag line (besides a coffee-shop)... However, the actual scenario was the white-ant just arrived on his bike and I moved on promptly (while he's still 10 metres away disembarking from his motor-bike)~

 

He did not move anywhere near my car to issue a summon and I had already drove off~ Guess what, I got a summon after that and was shocked he actually memorized my car number and issued me a summon back at his hq !!

Usually they will give chance if they see u driving off before they issue a summon... Appealed but failed :(

 

Legally is it correct for them to summon me if I drive off first?

URA or HDB all can email in at at email addresses on the slip to appeal. If you have valid reason, then good. If not, then come up with one..factor in weather conditions, day/time of parking.. and come up with a scenario dat they cant find loophole. depends on ur story spinning ability.. unless u r caught on film then 4get it unless u can prove u rushing wife to deliver baby or something as valid...

for every 10 summon i get, 8 are waived. haha.

My reason is coz I was dropping off a wheelchair. I wheeled the wheelchair into the SSDC, and 5 mins later when I came out I kena parking ticket. The bloody warden set trap one. Send letter and basically told them to stop being anal.

Some MSCP have a sign only reserved for season parking after 10pm then even you put night coupon also useless.My friends came over for mahjong and they play tilled 3am went back to thier car all 3 kana $50. >.

Btw my area is very new only few people moved in only yet super garang. when i was moving house i kana $100 twice in a day one for parking at loading bay at 3.44am the other is 6.28pm parking at the service lot designated duno for what thing 1. I appeal twice one in the morning and later i sent another at night citing i was again summon!!! same day diff timing.. the hdb personnel contact me and tell me that it will be waived. >

BTW i still don't know why my MSCP is reserved for season parking after 10pm kinda lame to me.
