Dscheng 3rd Gear August 15, 2009 Author Share August 15, 2009 Bro Boboman is correct. I'm driving Ex 2.0 elegance too. I collected my car on end of Feb this yr and my got 2 pairs of disc brakes. i only can say it is a fast and stable car on high speed. Btw, how fast can our car go in SIN road?? Too many traffic lights in city road and too many speed camera on express way. Buy the car u like and enjoy every second when u r driving it. No point buying a low cost car and change car every 2 or 3 yrs. More important, shop around and get more infos before u commit. Oh, yours is the FL version right? The PFL comes with drum brake.. Sucky sia..Zzz
Palmer 1st Gear August 15, 2009 Share August 15, 2009 Test drove the EX 2.0 non-GT version a couple of weeks back. Wouldn't say its under-powered but not as powerful as I would expect from a 2-liter car. And yes, now all 2-liter EX comes with 4 discs.
Zyrofillica 1st Gear August 15, 2009 Share August 15, 2009 (edited) Yeah ! At high speed the Evo is still sticking like glue on the roads but Vios dunno become flying saucer leow. wei dun pray pray, at high speeds, vios become flying saucer means is faster than our F-16s already. power to weight ratio of vios also chiat alot of cars cos 0-100 is 11.8secs! means good buy must buy! [flowerface] back to topic, EX looks really nice, just like its older brother the galant. Edited August 15, 2009 by Zyrofillica
LouisLain Neutral Newbie August 15, 2009 Share August 15, 2009 I dun think mine is FL model due to the tail lamp are red in colour. And at that time, only GT is FL.

Picanto 3rd Gear August 16, 2009 Share August 16, 2009 but why the one of the car mag do a test drive comparsion review and show that Civic is better? such reviews are subjective. is it a local review? if so, its even more biased. for me, i just read for info and will never use that review to decide. Dscheng 3rd Gear August 21, 2009 Author Share August 21, 2009 End up, i book a 1.5 Sport version. More value for $$, i not hunger for speed type. If 1.5 Lancer ex fit with 17 inch rim, is it overkill? FC will drop a lot?

FC will drop a lot? of course. a 1500cc engine driving such a big body car will never have good FC. add 17 inch rims and the result is a disaster.
