Hi guys,

Was conditioning my leather seats using Meguiars Leather conditioner yesterday, what i did was squeeze a bit of the conditioner on the seats then i start using a MF sponge to spread it out.

To my horror, the seats was stained with the conditioner. Please see attached pics.Anybody experienced this before? How do i remove the stain?

Bro Jerry..If it is a stain..Try using a leather shampoo with a sponge..It is quite impossible for a leather conditioner to stain leather..

could be leather issue?

Hi bro,

which brand of shampoo do you recommende me to use?

Frankly i dont know if its a stain anot.

First time i see this, tried the back seats and found out that if i spread the conditioner on the sponge and work on the seats, there wont be this stain. Its only when i squeeze the conditioner on the seats then this would happen.

Bro Jerry..U try using the conditioner to apply again..sometimes it will help to remove..Any leather shampoo you can grab easily..Try not to get 2 in 1 type..Pure leather shampoo..

almost impossible.

There is probably something else on your leather before you applied the conditioner.

That mixed with the conditioner and stained the leather.

Sorry are your seats genuine leather?

The leather dye cant be that weak otherwise it may even stain your shirt.

What car is that may i ask.

Leather stains basically can be removed with simple rubbing with water.
