Legally no. Only court records. Its expunged from the criminal records system.

 

Juveniles sent to boys home and those that are sent to RTC incarcerated, and the system reflects it as such. IIRC juvenile records are expunged from the criminal records system after a certain time.

i think give that poor gal a break la, in all honesty i see she really put in effort to win the crown with her immaculate posture, and i think she speaks normal for singaporean, i mean c'mon most of us speak with mis pronounciation and slang unknowingly too

wonder in that video from razorTV, was she given the chance to retake the scenes or something ? or did she even have the chance to view it ? even professional actors also got NGs. we should actually give her a break on this issue.
