I have a small retail shop in balestier but 2 of the agents i left to rent out for me all no sound no shadow. SMS no reply, call always says busy will call me back . . .

 

Anyone got good agent to recommend, its a very small retail shop in a not so great place, less than 200 sqft. No fussy about rental.

For rental do it yourself. Get a banner done up first. Did it myself too at a super ulu place(shophouse) and got a tenant within 1 month. Dun waste your money paying the agents 1 month rental for a year's contract.

got a damned bad experience with an agent called jesmine some team director from DW. Assured me that if i gave my cheque to her the seller will confirm selling to me. Next day FXXKing hell told me somebody offered higher and told me that I have to match or else the seller will sell to the other person. Of course I refused since she assured me that if I gave my cheque its a done deal.

Think she used my cheque to dangle in front of another buyer to secure a higher price. I will never never again use any agent from DW. very unethical.
