Good FC + power = Suzuki Swift Sport Auto.

or

Toyota MR-S

or

Mazda MX-5

my advice for a first-time car owner is to look beyond car price and FC.

depending on the age and paper value of the car, a $50K car could depreciate a lot more than another car in the same price range.

as for FC, it wouldn't be a huge factor unless you are someone that travel extensively. depending on your car choice, the annual insurance premium and road tax could cost you a lot more than that extra 100km you get from every tank of petrol.

Young man,

For a first time (young) owner, be aware that the WRX insurance will be very high. Best to find out more details about insurance rates first as it seems that you do have budget constraints. It's your money, we have no right to tell you what's wrong or right. I understand the wish to own a nice, fast, flashy (and preferably loud) car. We all do, otherwise we won't even be in this forum.
