I bought a set in Dec'09.... 120gb version.....

 

Basic set at $445 (w/o HDMI cable) + top-up $15 to get no-brand HDMI cable. So in total $460. I got it from a game shop in Q'way SC but must be careful which store you go coz got people complain that some of the shops there are "black shop". I got the set for a fren living overseas and so far, he had no problems. I even played Fifa 10 online with him over the weekend.

anyway TS i think $455 is more or less the market rate, did a price search few weeks ago for a friend and most places quote me $455 with standard accessories.

Ok i know this is an old thread, but i've got some price quotations for PS3 120gb for $435, with HDMI cable OR 1 free game, the usual components such as dual shock controller etc plus . I think its the best price so far but i've got one question.

 

If say i'm relocated to another country (e.g. Philippines) can i use this set over there? I don't wanna buy something that i might not be able to bring over.
