NSX = 3 letters (perhaps not counted cuz not sold here)

S2000 = 5 letters

City is thai made and civic nippon made.

Basically, City is the entry level sedan in Honda's range. Civic is the mid level sedan (or perhaps upper mid). Its like Vios vs Corolla Altis (not Altis vs Camry, dat would be civic vs accord). If you want to know detail differences, go to sgcarmart and see. But basically Civic is better in every sense ecept price), it will have better finishes and materials, more features, nicer design, etc.
