Sometimes when Cisco say ok, is not really ok. I stopped my car along double yellow lines along Kim Seng promenade on a sun afternoon 4pm. I went into GWC to get something. In the meantime, Cisco came and my wife explained to him i'll be back in 5 mins and that she couldnt move the car cos she doesnt have liscense. He said ok. I came back, saw him park his scooter infront of me, waved a sorry to him and drove off. A week later, summon arrived. KNN if he really wanted to issue, y cant issue on the spot??

 

And for everyone's info, Cisco Officers are required to follow ALL TRAFFIC RULES including parking at designated lots before doing their job. So all those Cisco Scooters parked along the road, double yellow lines etc, all flouting the law too. Please snap their pics if you c one and help them do their job.
