The_young_once Neutral Newbie March 11, 2010 Share March 11, 2010 how come racer mus wear trackpants and pimp must wear sunglasses? LOL, yes, and how come the rollercoaster and multi-tasker are women? multi-tasker for me, but at least 60% of the time both hands on wheel, 10-2 o'clock positions, call me conservative, but ya; and upright seating is the best, may not be so comfy at first, but for long-haul driving you will feel the benefit Kenny

Konstrain Clutched March 15, 2010 Share March 15, 2010 i'm a multi-tasker! used to drive manual cars, but even since bought an auto transmission car, i'm still used to putting my hand on the gear knob. lol!
Kiadaw 6th Gear March 15, 2010 Share March 15, 2010 I used to drive like the racer. I always have 2 hands on the wheels (unless change gear or at the lights). However my right hand still can rest on the door. Maybe cause I have longer arms. The reasoning is control, if I accidentally slipped with one hand, I still have the other hand for control. Yes I am a little kiasee, but better safe than sorry. Now my pose id closer to Multitask, as the crutch of my current car is quite stiff (actually its very stiff) so I have to position myself closer so I can engage it comfortably using my knee as oppose to flipping my ankle. If I used ankle to control my crutch, I think will get leg cramp if stuck in traffic at slope. Yap, still 2 hands at the wheels. ↡ Advertisement
