I want to change my front tyre, rear tyre still good.

Will there be problem if I change a totally different profile eg.

front tyre 195/55/15 rear use stock 175/65/15

 

The reason I want to change a different set of tyre for the front is bcos there are few tyres that match 175/65/15.

and other reason being 175 track is too skinny.

 

My concern is

 

1. Will be car feel imbalanced?

2. Any handling compromise?

3. How much speed measurement change?

i suggest u change all 4 tyres.

If you want to change to a differenc profile, change all 4. If your front wear faster than your rear, that means you don't rotate your tyres at all, do you? Please do so to save yourself this headache.

bro, how much does 2 pcs of 195.55.15 cost u?

if u are looking at some burget brand , hankook, accerala, etc, i am sure u can get them at -200sgd or like some 1 say 150 sgd .

is the safety of u, your family and who ever u carrying worth 200 sgd?

 

(in any case if u really need to do this , ( u wanna be lotus look alike ?) i suggest u install the wider tyres at the back )
