Theone2010 Neutral Newbie July 8, 2010 Share July 8, 2010 Seems like the trend is towards online for car insurance, following Aviva footsteps. Premium are cheaper because they bypass agent NTUC used to be online, but now can key in online but Customer service will get back to you on the quote. the question is, how's their support? ↡ Advertisement

Prostcode Clutched August 20, 2010 Share August 20, 2010 (edited) Was supposed to re-new with DirectAsia, but went back to HSBC instead. Reason is because they're new in the market and not many people have experience with them. Didn't took the risk in the end. Soniakwok Neutral Newbie September 4, 2010 Share September 4, 2010 Just my 2cents worth. Direct Asia have some clauses which are not covered by standard insurance coverage. So that's why you pay cheaper.. But in the event of accident/claim, it might be tough... So read carefully. And I don't recommend it either. At your own risk leh. That's why I don't even consider them.. ↡ Advertisement
