Korean passes driving test on 960th try

You could know South Korea for a long time without knowing Wanju, an obscure county 112 miles south of Seoul. And, at least until recently, you could know a lot about Wanju without having ever heard of Cha Sa-soon, a 69-year-old woman who lives alone in the mountain-ringed village of Sinchon.

 

Now, however, Cha is an unlikely national celebrity.

In Korea, you just need to go over to the driving school and drive in a course set by instructor.

They are able to go have their test every now & there.

For us, minimum is 4 months from Basic, Advan to actual.

If re-take test, I believe that it is about 2months provided got slot for you.

 

If granny stays in Singapore and she takes her driving lessons at age of 18, at 69, she would not have such records of 960 test.

The most is 69-18 = 51years X 12 months divided by 2 months = 306 lessons.

But she will have a world record, 51 years of driving test :).
