Neo Tiew cannot la.. no place to wee wee and no place to buy drinks.. Another alternative is Kranji Reservoir.. that one can see monkeys sometimes if lucky.. that place got toilet but no store.. but nearby there is a tze char stall, quite nice.. last order around 9pm.
