Noob question about HDB parking

Lets say if my new work place do not have any more season parking lots, then just across the road there is hdb, am I allow to purchase season parking for HDB there or only residents at the area have the rights to purchase them? Of course, provided there is vacant lots according to HDB. Thanks everyone in advance!

yes. as you said, the hdb parking must have enough spare lots for the non-residence. I have done it before.

just to sidetrack a bit - just received my POSB Everyday card today and saw that there is a 3% cash rebate if pay HDB season parking with the POSB Everyday card, as opposed to 2% discount if paying by POSB GIRO. Just in case anyone wants to save a few bucks!

THanks for all the input, but I cant seem to purchase the season parking online as there is a mandatory section regarding the block I'm staying at. Anyone have any idea? Or do I have to make my way down to the HDB office?

Check with HDB. Years back, heard HDB did entertain such application

rem for me, i did not go down although i was non-resident. wanted a parking lot near office. guess it depends on the carpark availablity. did everything online. the system din prompt where i was working too.

yes this is possible. HDB will be more than happy. As most residents will be out. And this increases their revenue.

pay via Giro willl get about 1-2 % discount. safter option cos my carpark is always full and may not get a renewal
