Illegal parking issue not addressed

Dun know if the topic have been talk abt b4.... mayb bros & sis here like to comment.

 

Have feedback to relevant dept in charge in the estate abt illegal aparking on season lots and also feedback on re inforcement team not responding on certain occasions but nvr to see improvement.

 

Does tis happens in ur estate???

it will never be solved, religion sensitive.

 

i have seen and still seeing cars parking illegally in bus lane, bus lane hours, during certain evening of the week without ever got fine for years already.

 

TP always seems to disappear along certain stretch around a certain time......

Well, in fact called & spoke to someone & apparently they emailed to relevant dept for action. Guess wat, recieved mail stating figures of summons issued but who is there to verify if wat stated is true.

Also, mail infact dun quite tally wif feedback....sometimes i think its tough to get things done esp if u r 1 who is not good in writing very formal letters.

Was thinking abt putting up cam running 24/7 & send it to the Ministry to verify claims from relevant dept ain't the facts.

Traffic Police will hand over enforcement of illegal parking to LTA effective 1 Nov 2010.

 

Let us hope LTA is more efficient.

Guess u r quite rite abt tis....

 

To give all bros & sis here a clearer pic of wat really happens. I actually called & feedback on couple of things.

 

1. Illegal parking on red lots in our estate which is amk/ yck

2. Re inforcement team do not respone after an hr & oso giving fasle feedback to command ctr claiming they r on site.

3. Spoke to estate CP dept officer and was only provided with lip service.

 

So finally spoke to a Miss A from MND who i believe wrote to the estate CP Senoir staff.

Abt 5 days later received a mail from CP SS ( senoir staff ) with his claim on the issue. And also feels tat mail is address in a rather personal matter.

 

1. Our service provider conducts daily checks

2. Figures of summons issued on nos of mths

 

1st of all would like to stress tat the feedback is not abt me not getting a lot but instead its abt the juz the 2 point as stated.

 

As 1 who works irregular hrs and moving in & out of the CP couple of time a day so to say i'm pretty often hm & out again, have only bumped into warden 2 - 3 times in 2 -3 mths. I have doubts abt the claimed daily checks.

 

Abt the re inforcement team feedback, not mentioned @ all in the mail from Mr SS.

 

Mr SS oso claimed a no of summons issued on certain nos of mths which i have doubts as well.

 

1. Will any bros & sis here including myself really knows if the figures r facts and izzit only for CP ard my blk?

2. CP consist of more den 350 lots based on the markings on the lots. Dunno if my calculation is logical, mayb some1 could advise or comment.

 

So based on an avg 20% occupancy rate on workdays 350 x 20% x 66 weekdays = 4620 lots checked

On avg weekend of 65% occupancy rate check 350 x 65% x 24 sat/ sun = 5460 lots checked

The above is based on a 3 mths calculation

 

If as claimed on a daily check basis the total nos of lots checked for a total of 90 days should be 10080 lots.

Mr SS claim of summons issued is less 5% of the avg no of lots which i based on here. Does it actually implying tat the warden is doing a great job??

 

And when the main feedback is abt RED lots, y r we talking abt the entire CP? Y not verify the amt of summons issued for RED lots instead?

 

Lastly, from a Senoir Staff.

We seek ur kind understanding & cooperation to park @ Blk abc where there r lots available if the RED lots r fully occupied.

Wat kinda of solution is tis? Or izzit implying any1 with a sound mind does not knows wat to do when there ain't a lot?

 

For wat he know he is talking to 1 who have got problem walking. Hope to have some gd comment & advis eon wat can be done.

My only thinkable solution is to put cam recording for a month & send it to the MP to support my feedback is valid & not juz for the sake of making some noise.

Park at bus lane not my business..as long as dun come & park at HDB red lot which dey dun stay there esp during sun evening..si pei tu lan to come go home at sun evening to find no lot.. see so many unfamilar car parking at red lot.. know u dinner at mother in law or wadever fark.. pls be considerate & park at white lot..lazy to walk is your busines.. cos u dun bloody stay here..

they will be definitely more efficient as they can hire more manpower. any issue just call 1800-call lta and they will come within 30mins

Hahahah, thx 4 ur suppork. Well, since i'm on the lowest level. It ezi for me, infact juz install a system for tis purpose. It's installed on my room window connecting to a PC so tat it run 24/7 with a 30 days recording. Afte which will be safe to CDs. Once i've recording showing tat their cliam of daily check is invalid & reply to me ain't based on fact.

CDs will be send to the Ministry lol, can oso call frontline to c if they wanna discuss tis over their programme.
