Go back to ur PI recommended workshop. Usually the first servicing is free.

From there, you see if you are comfortable with the workshop and decide whether to continue for subsequent servicing.

I Bought a 2nd hand car, not sure of the history :(

Then I suggest you go to one of the major workshop setup and do a major servicing, changing all the fluids.

Major workshops to me are CAS, Stamford Tyres, Autobacs, Star Automotive, Auto Saver, Riverview and MBM.

Just remember that Axio is using longer spark plugs and special CVT oil, so all workshops will charge extra for these two items on top of the normal major servicing package. Ask and compare prices before you proceed with the servicing.

RV seems to be good at the quality of the workmanship plus they are quite a reputable workshop to handle cars as their forte is original specifications... ...try them... ... ^_^

But remember....quality work comes with a price to pay as well... ...up to individual if each is comfortable.

For me, no worries. I visit my favorite stockist to get my parts for servicing. The owner of this stockist also drives a Axio, thatz the one parked at his place. :D So parts supply is safe. :D

I prefer my own workshop but I do not wana recommend TS to my regular workshop, cos he is new to DIY servicing. :D

There is no such thing as " usually the first servicing is free " . It is or it is not, as stipulated in the terms and conditions of the sale. I will advice against servicing yr car at the PI recommended workshop or the workshop which provides the warranty for cars sold at the PIs. There are reconditioned parts; THERE ARE RECONDITIONED MOTOR OIL TOO. As regard the warranty, be it 3 yrs or 5 yrs, in most cases, it isn't worth the paper it is written on. You will see when something breaks down and you make a claim.

This place change name 3 times already.

Issit cos got quality issues so keep change name to attract unsuspecting customers?

I used them b4 n was very not satisfied with their level of competence n workmanship.

I see many trainee mechs there doing the work. I wil never use them again.

The most important thing to note is WHAT engine oil is used in the servicing. There are good engine oil and lousy engine oil. Paying $120 for a servicing with some unknown engine oil brand should be avoided. Stick to well researched major oil brands like Mobil, Shell etc.

Exactly. I use a well known brand (CLTR) n it doesnt cost me much even.

New brands or unknown brands on the market I wil avoid, no matter what their advertisments say. Most ads r full of BS. [mad]
