$500++ servicing fee to me is reasonable.

My Honda Jazz 80000km service is $650!

 

Items: servicing, synthetic eng oil, oil filter, brake fluid, spark plugs, CVT oil, compressor belt, cabin AC fresh.

 

Yours looks fine because absorber assembly + labour already accounted for $275.

Looks ex. My friend was quoted by BM $300+ for changing front brake pads for his Altis. I brought him to outside for better brake pads and it cost him $85 only! Imagine the margins for AD!!!

My Lexus IS250 80k servicing is $485, consider major servicing, from the servicing package $485 is the most expensive, how come Altis need $500+?

what is engine analyse be master tech..also you might want to look into your front disc wear...seems to me that they are on their way out

for my major servicing, i replace brake and power steering fluid plus fuel filter also...cost me about 400 for all

Not too bad already laz. My 50k servicing for my getz hit pass $1000.

$220 for regular servicing, $350 for aircon servicing plus engine flush and $650 to change shock absorber for 2 front wheels.

I was shock when they told me this so I told them don change the shocks first. Really crazy..

I dont really believe in 80k, 100k, or 150k servicing. For me, servicing means servicing. Any parts can be repaired, repair. If not change...

Dammed cheap. However not well done, if they did replace the shock absorbers and not replace the rubber bushes, followed with all wheel alignment (wayang?). Likely you shock absorbers not worn so paid for assurance? Had replaced the shock absorbers on my Suzuki 800, just to find out they were not worn after more than 150k km usage

i actually asked whether did they do the wheel alignment becos i know after changed shocker need to do.

 

then they said they did.

 

i press on saying do i need to do a computerised ? they said don't need.

the disc motor? ya, they told me it's uneven need to change but they don't have stock.

 

maybe need to go back change next week.

 

is it a major issue if left unattend?

 

he said he can feel my steering wheel vibrate when stepping on brake...but i don't feel it :s

thier drive your car and test?if when you brake and did not feel vibrate no need change,dont waste money,mine also uneven, the disc rotor uneven becos the brake pad not so good..but if you feel vibrate when you brake then you have fix it...
