Ikennyg Clutched November 7, 2010 Share November 7, 2010 From the service form. It seem the servicing is done at autosave. This workshop is specialised in servicing and repair toyota and nissan car. Deduct $210 for front absorber. The $300 plus servicing cost including so many check and adjustment done worth the money. Their servicing package is same as agent but cheaper. I have send my previous nissan car there for servicing. This workshop is also highly recommended by toyota and nissan club. The most important they know the car well and have the software to diagnose the error code. ↡ Advertisement
Wizzercool 1st Gear November 7, 2010 Share November 7, 2010 http://img180.imageshack.us/img180/2231/06112010279.jpg any comment? Cheap-lah, less $200 for servicing including rotate & balance wheels. BM charged additional $15 to rotate and balance wheels.

Good-Carbuyer 1st Gear November 7, 2010 Share November 7, 2010 meaning they should replace the rubber bushes oso? i actually asked whether did they do the wheel alignment becos i know after changed shocker need to do. then they said they did. i press on saying do i need to do a computerised ? they said don't need. I believe a professional Vehicle Mechanic would asked his customer that question (ususally funny suspension noises after the job done if rubber bushes not renewed) I also believe they did not posses any equipment to do computerised wheel alignment, since they said don/t need to (tilted steering wheel when driving straight ahead, car veering towards one side, abnormal tire wear, higher FC... among the observations)
Good-Carbuyer 1st Gear November 7, 2010 Share November 7, 2010 the disc motor? ya, they told me it's uneven need to change but they don't have stock. maybe need to go back change next week. is it a major issue if left unattend? he said he can feel my steering wheel vibrate when stepping on brake...but i don't feel it :s More serious if you feel the vibration yourself
Crazecow Neutral Newbie November 8, 2010 Share November 8, 2010 I dont really believe in 80k, 100k, or 150k servicing. For me, servicing means servicing. Any parts can be repaired, repair. If not change... Me too don't believe in all these servicing based on mileage except for important things like fan belts and timing belt. Such things cannot afford to wait till it snap then change. But shocks, mounts all these, I will use till it chui first then change. Else don't need to change as long as its working. Brake and steering fluid, to me can use can already. Don't need to keep changing all the time. So what brake a little spongy, just step harder lar.....

Around there. Usually $70-90 per piece. However, if you don't feel the vibration, then just stick with your current rotors. Uneven wear doesn't mean its warped. The vibration is more of a nuisannce than safety. It won't affect your braking. However, sometimes its good to change more things together, then can bargain better price. If changing just rotors alone, nothing much to bargain. If more than that then can.
