Hoytusa84 1st Gear January 28, 2011 Share January 28, 2011 I think Silent have. But they do selected cars only?
Unfair 3rd Gear January 28, 2011 Share January 28, 2011 Nothing wrong with copying. There are many pple who want a nice looking car without paying the high price for it. If proton can one day make a much cheaper replica with reasonable specs, it will increase the competition level. Don't SG always promote open market ? Andylau1177 Neutral Newbie January 28, 2011 Share January 28, 2011 i thnk it'll look better if the car is flatter but now it looks promising [cool]
Lincoln_Ng Neutral Newbie January 28, 2011 Share January 28, 2011 Has it got a 6.5L V12 engine?
Xyberz9 Neutral Newbie January 28, 2011 Share January 28, 2011 But why they try to copy exactly?? can't they modify it a bit to make it look more natural flowing??
Davc Neutral Newbie January 28, 2011 Share January 28, 2011 It looks like a body kit shop showing what they can do, not an official prototype from Proton. Look at the photo, the booth arounds are like in a car accessories exhibition.
Walkingtree 1st Gear January 31, 2011 Share January 31, 2011 But they do selected cars only? Is it? I thot their scissors wing arms are universal type. That's why put already the door swings up in a "V" rather than vertical.

Delrosa81 Neutral Newbie February 14, 2011 Share February 14, 2011 It seems to me the car maker is trying to hard...... Anyways, Proton design team is not very good, so they tap onto mitsubishi, I can understand, they did it in order to boost sales of their cars....by mimicking the Reventon....wah lao eh...car is not flat and wide enough, its quite ugly IMO......well to each his own. Some may like it, some may not......
Csnewbie 1st Gear February 14, 2011 Share February 14, 2011 (edited) Malaisia always copy A to Z one.Including political wise. Which is why it doesn't get much respect. Edited February 14, 2011 by Csnewbie
Beehive3783 Twincharged February 14, 2011 Share February 14, 2011 (edited) proton first copy lotus then evo now lambo? whats next? bugatti? You need to get your facts right. Proton OWNS Lotus.. so whatever they do can't be considered copying. Edited February 14, 2011 by Beehive3783

But Reventon, though not outstanding,is in its own perfect shapes. So Proton has to settle for second grade. ↡ Advertisement
