I think I had a few sets - Raven, Gator, Piranha, Switchblade. hahaha... MASK was pretty expensive back then. I had Condor and Rhino. It sure looks like it can! not in Singapore... to hit the speed where the flux capacitor kicks in must hit 88miles per hour (142kph).
