M1 network down since morning!

Those busnessmen or property agents are the one greatly effected as to them, money is equal to time and now because of whatever s--t happened , network down for whole day n no improvement until now??? I say we ask for compension maybe waived off contract penity so all of us can buy new hp or latest month bill waived . Even normal working party like us faced so much inconvenient , not to mention others who actually rely on their hp for living ????

Someone working in Singtel told me that we have to write in to M1, ask for compensation, if got many people write in, they will waive off some subscription fees for 6 months.

I cannot register the network from 10+ till 4pm++.. :angry: The only consolation I have is that it didn't happened to me when my vehicle broke down this morning, it only happened after my vehicle was recovered. [sweatdrop]

No point writing to them now, everytime, also different name signing off their reply, I just wrote to IDA. :angry:

If a few write in, no effect. If we have hundreds or thousands affected users write in, they will look into it.
