Engaged A-Team Amahs & Cleaners for a part-time maid and i would said the agency is very dishonest and is only keen in earning the fee, which is a premium to pay.

 

The service person Julie didn't even give any resolution to my concerns and yes, she has no manners. she just pushed me away. rude, unethical, unprofessional !!!

 

Jean Ng is the owner and was unable to reach her, sorry i would say it is impossible to speak to her.

 

They are only interested in getting your fee but are not ethical at all

more importantly, can anyone recommend a good part time maid service - any good experiences to share? for laundry and general house cleaning ..

After so long? You really think others here take you seriously? Do your own QC. Hire ppl u can trust, if u can't trust don't hire.

 

Why have your customers do your QC after so long. Wake up la

He's not going to patronize your business anymore. Face it. If you can't find a staff that meets the minimum criteria for customer service,

how do you expect your business to be successful? Maids that can't come at the customer's specified time, rude staff etcetera..

 

From what Soo said, he can't even contact whoever the owner is. The service attendant can't solve his issue because she DOESN'T care.

Then who's gonna solve his problem? Easy.. Go find another agent.
