Feedback on Guilin view condo

Thinking of buying one of the unit from Guilin view condo @ bt batok , like to check wif all bro & Sis do anyone know well or any feedback on this condominium ?

Its a CDL development from what I recall & its Managing Agent is Knight Frank. I guess the best units are facing Little Guilin itself & not far from MRT..5mins I think. Was launched at about $700-800 per ft2. Not sure what it is being sold at now but my guess is 800-850 per ft2. Most suburban condos are being sold at $1000 per ft2, thou how long that will last nobody really knows.

friend rented that place before, went up and see....... don like it very much.

 

Both toilet very small, common rooms are not big either, masterbed room still ok. The overall design of the house is weird, at least to me bcos the kitchen toilet is in the middle of the house in bird's eye view.

 

But really near to MRT station and lots of pri/sec school nearby. Amenties are all nearby with one/two trains station away.

Good location....best view for the top units.

I am looking at new condos.....don't like to buy secondhand.
