Like to kindly check if I will still get back any money upon de-registration from Ah Gong??? Sporadic 1st Gear August 22, 2011 Share August 22, 2011 Basically, you would need to top up some cash to convert it to a normal car. For, say an Aug 2007 car, you will need to pay $1,700 X 6 years (the remaining lifespan of the car)= $10,200. This will, however , go back to your OMV/COE (because the original 17k discount the first owner enjoyed was taken off these 2 components).
