mcf is using a forum template based on IPBoard template which is supposedly natively supported by Tapatalk. However, it doesn't work because the admin needs to insert some plugin in the default IPBoard forum code which enables Tapatalk to communicate with mcf via Tapatalk. Apparently, no plugin so no go.

HWZ is based on Vbulletin forum template and the admin over there have inserted the tapatalk plugin so you can interact usign Tapatalk.

As simple as that.

with hosting its about 44.99 a month

http://www.invisionpower.com/hosting/select_package.php

and you can choose yr domain name here

https://www.invisionpower.com/clients/index...=item&id=18

for mcf they could or are using their own host and domain name

so most likely they bought the license....maybe can check with moderators to have a clearer picture

if you want your own free forum you can go to proboards.com

yup

for domain names or hosting can buy off the internet

unless u want your own custom servers which will require iis or apache and yr server to be on 24 hours

iis and apache are basically hosting services

one is from microsoft the other is open source
