I just went to KM to do my servicing, advisor asked me to do wheel alignment cos 'ur car did not do it when sent for 10k servicing'.

now i sent a complain why wheel alignment is recommended when i did not complain any problem w steering and my tyres are not badly worn out. i trust ur professional advice and i feel so stupid to pay $70 for it.

The Changi N. branch opened 2 weeks back. They've 2 proper servicing bays, 1 lounge with 2 sofas (can seat abt 5-6 people) facing one TV and fish tank. Not really big. Their corporate HQ is at the 2nd floor.

so the defu branch will close down?

Did my engine mountings and shocks change at Defu yesterday... Spoke to Bobby whom I later found out that he's the Director of Autosaver... Was served by Jonathan and my car was serviced by Chan... Total spent $353.00... Also did my oil change with them...

Job well done...

By the way they will be moving to Changi North at the end of the year...

i thought autosaver is franchise one? so is defu the orignal autosaver shop or one of the franchisee?

Pai seh forgot to add price is for labour only... Mazda parts are pretty expensive so I got it at Fong Yat and has Autosaver installed them... Autosaver is charging me almost $190 per shock excluding labour... So it would have been $190 x 4 + $180 = $940 (Excluding GST)... Instead I spent $140 x 4 + $180 = $740... Saved $200 for this change...

Labour only... I think if this is so all Mazda owners will fly to Autosaver liao...

Pai seh I left out the "labour only" line...
