Sorry. Not being sour grapes. :D

But the ability to buy and afford luxury cars does not equitably equate to one's capability in its entirety. If one is successful in his career or job by one's own capabilities and such success is evidenced with his or her intention and ability to afford and own better houses and cars, then I think it is fine. However, on the other hand, this is not an accurate measure by itself. A successful person need not or may choose not to buy and own better houses and cars (such instances could be rare) or does not want to do anything in any form to showcase his success to others.

Then again, the question comes, what constitute success or good man? Successful career or job or a morally upright and responsible person in society?

when pple say capable, they usually mean success in career. Moral values do not fall into capable terms.

Some beggers can be kind and upright.

Your info is incorrect.

It is not demo car, but brand new car. Year of Manufacture Dec 2011.

Cerato Forte EX. $69.999.

Only black colour avail.

While stocks last.

Last I heard only 1 unit left.

C&C is selling this car at a loss with OMV at $13K

Actually between forte and elantra, i personally find the design on forte looks better in terms of the overall proportion. As elantra design seems like front too short and backside too big, if you look closer the car looks a bit weird.

Sounds like one of my ex gfs.

I dont really think it is a good time to buy... At $46k Cat A.... all the new cars price are at 80 to 100k ...

Why rush to buy ? I think we buyers have to alway remember demand high, supply low = High COE price...

Let those really no choice but have to buy or those rich until no way to spend to buy.

Yes, no way I can be persuaded to buy.

When I bought my first car in 2002, at a time when COE was still quite high (and "only" $30k, from today's perspective)... a Sunny Auto went for around $80k... [hur]

Hope people can keep things in perspective... any time you need to pay $80k to $100k for a jap/korean car... COE is still expensive!

PARF up to the 2nd quarter of 2002 was 80% of OMV so scrap value was high, hence lower annual depreciation.

PARF now is only 50% of OMV.

OMV figures have also been dipping.

I guess your 2002 Sunny OMV was arond $17K.

Neutral Newbie

You mean KIA demo sales? I always wonder how cheap can those demo cars be? [:/]

Most likely on Cat B cars which have the most discount, Sorento test drive unit (white), Optima K5 basic model (black-showroom unit, silver-test drive unit), Sportage test drive unit (silver)

As for Cerato Forte, no actual details yet. But it seems the other thread has more info than me....haha
