ERP rates review

SINGAPORE: Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates at three gantries will be revised and will take effect from February 6.

 

At the CTE gantry north of Braddell Road, the revised ERP rate for the period of 7.00 am to 7.30 am will be S$1.00, down by S$1.00.

 

For two gantries on the PIE (Adam Road and Mount Pleasant Road), the revised ERP rate for the period of 7.30 am to 8.00 am will be S$2.00, up by S$1.00.

 

The Land Transport Authority said the rates of other gantries will remain unchanged.

Does anyone know what is the CTE gantry north of Braddel Road? I never knew there was an ERP at $2 from 7am-730am? Is there something wrong with the press release???

Thank you for your feedback. We will be monitoring the traffic situation on the new slip road, which was only recently opened in December 2011. It will take several months for the traffic pattern to stabalise with such major changes to the road network. As our speed reviews are conducted every quarterly, we will continue monitoring and recommend the rate revisions if our speed assessment shows there is a need to.
