I have a Pizza recipe, selling for $6.50. [laugh]

The preference here is roasted food. [:p]

Unless you pizza use roast meat... [laugh]

I'll buy from you if can be manufactured into ready to eat format and just use microwave to reheat. [laugh]

I'll sell it to our Popiah King and tap onto his distribution network. But the selling price will be from $6.50 to $65m [nod]

It doesnt work that way, even if you have the full recipe for lets say coke, you still need the process, i.e the time, timing and quantity of each ingredients or group of ingredients acting together to form a base and from this base another group of ingredients + temperature etc will form another base etc and from that + other process etc b4 you can get the final product. You cannot just throw everything in and everything will turn out well.

I just put coke as an example to say that sometimes even if you have the list of ingredients for the product, it still doesnt mean that you can produce a similar one cos there are still variables like the steps, temperature, time etc to incorporate the ingredients.

Hong Kong famous 镛记 roasted goose revealed their recipe publicly and local 琪利 asking for 2 million SGD for their recipe..........

And the lady Boss stated it's " Low Class" or " Cheapskate " revealed it publicly......

2 million for a recipe like this????? Lion open big mouth?

I actually heard one part of the interview where the lady boss explained.

2M is for the training. Min 6 months or till the person mastered all the "kungfu".

The recipe doesn't worth that much, is the training.

$23 is quite ex for a meal of two whereas it's not in a restaurant.

But afterall, roasted duck and pork is ex in Sg.

Whereas $23 can have a whole Peking duck plus half a kilo of roasted pork , but sometimes it cannot compared it this way. I will drop by there to taste their culinary some day.

This is what my wife bought today for $15.... LOL
