A taxi driver who apparently collapsed and crashed into two stationary vehicles in a carpark in Singapore General Hospital (SGH) has died.

Police on Friday said Mr Mohamed Eusoff Abdul Hameed, 60, died at the same hospital on Thursday.

Responding to queries, police said the accident happened last Friday at about 7.50pm.

Instead of turning right at the entrance of the carpark opposite Blocks 1 and 2, Mr Mohamed Eusoff drove straight ahead and hit two parked cars.

Not too long ago a cabby also died in his taxi. A Chinese local guy iirc. Though cabbies aren't exactly popular in this forum, may they RIP.

Most of the malay cab drivers are good drivers and respect other road users. For this i wish him RIP.

Malay drivers tends to work longer hours than chinese drivers, i would presume this chap dies from heart disorder. Hope the govt would understand that not every singaporean has the luxury of extending their life to 85 without $$$$.
