WS may know your story is hard to win. So did not want to take up the case.

Also perhaps the WS knows TP on the scene, so harder to make wild repair claims.

So many accident everyday, WS full of business, and can cherry pick the easiest.

i think TS mixed up the lane numbers ba.. after reading my understanding was tt TS in on the left lane (can go straight or left), idiot on right lane (can only go straight), but he went to turn left... Right??

I think you have a pretty good case since you are on lane 4 (extreme right is lane 1, please remember, if you confuse lane 1 and lane 4, how to win your case?) and the fella on lane 3 can only go straight.

But then judge can turn around to say why you never pay attention to the road to avoid accidents.

Left most lane is not for speeding, so why a gentle bump can cause the car to mount curb. Must be speeding or not able to control car by braking safely.

Also for all guys, this morning i see his police report, he says he signal left and turn left. In fact he never signal and just turn left wanted to go into the junction.

 

Totally distort the facts, also yes i am on lane 4 and the other driver is on lane 3. Right it's along Kembagan, so far my authorized workshop say could be 50/50 or total loss. Real sway to meet this type of driver.

 

I assure i never squeeze through, this burger wanted to turn left into the junction from 3rd lane. How in the world can u do this type of move without checking any cars.

 

Also if i really traveling at break neck speed, i think is his car go hay wire and not mine.

yeah engage lawyer only for injury claims.

 

Car wise let the workshop settle. I plan for 3rd party, if really can't then really lan lan OD.

 

This driver also chut pattern, call never answer, sms also no reply. Based on this know liao lor what type of driver.

 

Lesson learnt, should get him to sign on the spot he bang me with a simple letter.
