Thats another alternative but I prefer new car as I always kept them in tip top conditions throughout the 10 years. If th PQP is cheap, I will renew it for another 10 years but, buying the PQP, might as well buy a new car. The PQP is also killing like blood suckers.. My old ride COE expried Nov 2012. In Jun, I have changed a 2nd hand car. After looking at the last 2 round of CAT A COE, I have made the right move. You mean you drive your every new car for 10 years?! yup.... except for my last ride (Toyota Corolla XLI 1.5 - one with nose design on bornet). Feel sad, sold after 3 years cos I got a good deal for my Picnic in 2006. Happen to be at Ubi showroom with friends looking at Altis when I ichy mouth ask the SE how much the MPV and he said all in $84k nett. Immediately I asked him how much my 2003 corolla could trade in and he called a dealer who stationed at the show room. The offer for my corolla was $45K. Chop chop agreement signed & loan paperwork done and the last day of bidding was the next day. Received call in the evening the next day, COE secured at $12K.... . Collection of car, 1 week later....
