Mine was chipped along KJE. And there wasn't even some big truck in front of me :(

Bikes can throw up some nasty stones. You don't need trucks for that.

Was driving just , there was a 2 grass cutters a few metre from my car as i was passing by... Suddenly i heard a loud sound! Saw my left rear window having 2 white powder form dots and I drove ahead to the bus stop to inspect my window... 1 small chipped and 1 with a small web crack. Can claim for side window change from my insurance? [:(]

My insurer is Directasia. Not sure whether they cover my windscreen.

Actually, I didn't even know about the crack until my wife told me about it.

I went to assess it as soon as we stopped. There was a bit of chipped off point, but the actual crack was under it.

Size? Maybe about 5cent coin size.

I'll take a picture and post up here tomorrow.

tell directasia it has cracked!

Direct asia does not cover chipped. glass

Thereafter, they will send Glassfix to survey the windscreen at your convenient place including the repair work on the spot. They will be bringing a suitable replacement windscreen just in case. No impact on your NCD if you choose to repair.

Just sharing my similar experiences. Hope this helps.
