Best offline maps for Android??

it is not that straightforward to get Sygic 12.2 working. From Sygic 12 onwards, the app permissions enabled, allows the app to remote push your IMEI to their server and blacklist you.

 

Go around is to manually download maps to your computer and push it into your phone. Maps for Sygic 11 have to be updated before Sygic 12 can be used.

Papago M9. Singapore Malaysia map can download from www malfreemaps.com. Map is updated every 1 or 2 months.

Downloaded the V3.6.4 from Samsung Apps, it is very buggy, keep crashing.

 

yup, there is a problem with it. U can't just closed the app cos it will crash. What i do is I will just "kill" the app with the memory killer.

The Samsung ones are terrible, I have uninstalled them. I have downloaded

another offline maps and no linit on countries but I don't know how to use.

The app is Mapdroyd. If you have this and know how to use it, please teach

this old man on how to use.

I manually downloaded the maps and copied the maps to my Sygic 12.1.3 "Sygic/Maps" ditectory, but the phone can't read the maps, need to change some settings??

 

What is the improvement for Sygic 12 over Sygic 11, worth the upgrade?

U need to download the sygic 12 cracked version, install on your phone and u can use the latest maps from sygic 11. Too troublesome. Basically u need to update your maps first on sygic 11, then download the sygic 12 trial version for the world map and install the sygic 12 cracked version. I find sygic 11 is good enough already.

I'm using Papago M9 for Android. "ahem" version of course. Works well enough for local use. For Malaysia, it's my trusty Garmin standalone.
