I have responded to LTA regarding this matter because they gave me the turn around by enclosing a form and asked me to fill in.

I told them that I am merely helping them do their job and if it is so troublesome (including attending court), then it would deter many people including myself from helping LTA do their job.

 

Currently, they are studying the possibilities of getting proved from the public. At the meantime, what we can do is to spread this photos to varies sites. Hopefully, this driver is aware.

This reminded me of another VIOS that did illegal U-turn last year. There is a thread on that here quite some time ago. I cannot remember what is the outcome.

at least he bothered to signal, my encounter worst.. raining, this van made illegal u turn. His brake lights were faulty and no signal as well.

u can report first lol. I reported mine on the day itself, 29 Dec last year. Till now, while a investigation officer has been allocated.. they told me they are still in the midst of interviewing the driver.
