Kia and Hyundai engine as reliable as Toyota ?

Depends on owner, regular servicing with good oil should not be a problem.

Regular servicing is a must, iregardless of what car you drive....Toyota would not have won Korean car of the year if its not good....Toyota is famed for its reliability, good FC and quietness.

However, I do agree that Toyota design is very dated.....they really needs to work on this aspect....

Looks like a scaled down version of the current generation Altis from the front leh... [:/] esp the headlight design

nowadays want design and stylish = $$$$$$$, [:p]

anyway, we are looking at basic entry toyota here.

I disagree, even entry level BnB from Kimchi land (Forte/Elantra) and Bolehland (Preve) still look good and have the 'premium' look to it....entry level BnB does not necessary need to look boring or cheap... [blush]

as an ex owner of an elantra and current owner of Vios, I can tell you that the engines equally reliable... never had any problem on my hyundai & toyota engine..

Seems like the trend....all new models are bigger physically than its predessors.....

Nowadays no matter which make/model, it is a norm to have a longer wheelbase and bigger cabin.
