Not true.....commercial vehicle still can use Lane1 to overtake Lane2 vehicle..aint violating any traffic rules..

just saw 2 40 footer bus zoom pass me at clearly over 60km/hr (i estimate 80-90) at the residential road. I can feel the force of the wind pushing back at me. If anybody wants to die, stepping in front of this bus 101% sure die one..no chance at all.

 

anyway wish 'TP to be more active but just dont catch me' is wishful thinking. Once we get GPS ERP, we ALL can only travel below speed limits. The JB cars will all laugh at us (they already fully modified..and in the future can speed as they wish cause got no TP to patrol as GPS ERP is already there to control singapore drivers). What will you say when "TP" is working 24/7 and catch 100% of the traffic speeding offence out there (singapore cars only) in the future..ala GPS ERP...

In the past when heavy vehicles speeding on Lane 1 and saw TP, they quickly moved back progressively to Lane 3 or 4. Nowadays these heavy vehicles continued on their Lane 1. This is the success of 'education'
