my company want have ipad app that :

- online transaction/ ordering

- push notification promotion, etc..

Do you have the online transaction ordering backend available now? Because this is not part of app.

 

For push notification, there is a need for a server that sends these out. do you have a server for it?

push notification is quite leceh to do btw. took us 2 weeks to implement properly.

 

online transaction, as one of the bros have said, depends entirely on your backend. you will need a network programmer if your client side is only a UI and the ordering is (presumably) processed by a server.

 

we are using sql for our backend for IAPs and logic and have to get a dedicated server to ensure all transactions can go through.

 

i'll go through my contacts and see if anyone is keen, but your details are quite sparse. for 15k you may not be able to get a polished app btw.

 

lastly - one piece of advice that i'll give you. publish the app yourself. (ie sign up for an apple developer account and upload the build to apple yourself). otherwise, if someone else (say the company you outsource the work to) uploads for you using their account, everything will be controlled by them (from editing of app details to bank account info.) save yourself the hassle and spend the US$99.
