R_ole 1st Gear January 23, 2014 Share January 23, 2014 Hey Bros, Was wandering with the new loan restrictions at 60%/50% of the car's value, how would this apply if I were to trade-in my car at a 2nd hand dealer for another.

Bieffe 2nd Gear January 24, 2014 Share January 24, 2014 The 50% downpayment applies to banks only right? In house loans we can still get more right? Say 80% loan?
Pisces69 6th Gear January 24, 2014 Share January 24, 2014 agree with u, cos diff agent diff interest. n I also dunno how those financial pple says and calculate that it is actually double. When u go to finance co or bank to loan, ask them what is the "effective interest rate". That is the true cost of borrowing. U say this ty know u not stupid. Some wil act blur as if dunno what u toking. These r not so honest. With the effective rate, u can compare which finance co or bank give u the lowest interest rate.
