Power window regulator rear any ideas where I can get it for my 159. The left was busted n repaired and now the right. Thought of sourcing it myself n just pay for labour charge. Thanks in advance

Thanks for the link. Looks like the regulator is quite costly too. I don't have the expertise like you and spend hours doing it :) no YouTube video :( I think I will help the local economy and contribute :)

Getting it fixed at AS will set you back 400+.

 

The kit is 100+. Took me 45min to get it fixed.

 

If you want to use a workshop. I recommend garage Republic at kaki bukit.

Thank you very much for your help. I looked up the link the part cost right rear £75 plus GST n freight it's £102 almost $200. Last done at AS was $300+ low end.

Dear Brothers and Sisters, just wondering if anyone could shed some light with regards to faulty fuel pump ?

I.e any where to try source for used/recon set since it's not really worth to ship a new one while waiting for a month ? Would appreciate if some idea of a price is included?

dont think u can recon the fuel pump. It costs around 650 a pop for new one.

Thanks to chrispie I'm getting it done at his recommended workshop. I too found it too costly just to change the regulator. The other one is the bonnet damper for the 159. My jaw nearly dropped

Have u replaced your bonnet damper?

hi all, just got a 159, a few questions.

 

1) radio blocked/wait 

 

ECU changed few mth ago and last owner forgot the code so any how press until radio blocked/wait msg shown, any inexpensive way to fix? he found the code now but its blocked and no way to enter the code

 

2) left side mirror unable to adjust, however some times it will auto tilt when in the R gear, motor prob or switch prob

 

3) fuel gauge showed empty with warning light on 

 

the gauge shows totally empty 6'o clock with refill light on happened 3 times today and when start, limited rage shown, is that a common problem with the gauge or sensor or wire?

for (1), you may wanna try disconnecting the battery for a while, before putting the terminal back again.
